The issue is 100% with the data algrithm on the iphone.

If you have anything better then good luck, this is to help Millions of effected users until Apple bring out a new firmware.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: it is posted so that Apple realise that they are using the wrong calulations and looking at the problem from the wrong side of the table!.
